Ft Jackson

Everyone I am now starting my training with the Army. The day here is very nice with blue skies and slight breeze. I made it through the initial screening process in San Diego and now going on to the next phase. I still do not have an address to send anything yet. When I do get one I will be sure to post it for you all. Things have gone fairly well so far even if I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled a couple days ago. There is still some swelling, but no pain so far. This should be a interesting time for the next couple weeks. The barricks are nice with open areas for sleeping and showers. Everywhere you go there is sand, so have to be careful not to drag too much into the barricks or any other building. I hope to add a few more things later this week, but it might not be until later next week. If you have any questions you can post them here and I will try to answer most of them with what I am able to. I am doing fine and days are going by quickly.
